PatLED’s – Model CLT- This is an oil resistant high power LED light bar with evenly diffused light distribution which is ideal for harsh environments with its oil, water and dustproof IP67F construction. 3 cable outlet versions are available for diversified mounting requirements. It is operator free from flicker and stroboscopic effects, and LED colors available in daylight color. The long service life and maintenance-free LED light bar is great for machining centers, vision systems, as well as foo showcase , food and processing and packaging machines.

Wireless Date Acquisition System (AirGrid) – Model WDT/WDR – It is for remote monitoring.

• Just add to a Patlite signal tower on production machines or process systems so that operating conditions of the tower can be transmitted wirelessly to a data center

WSL Series

It is a versatile manually controlled light tower, which can be used  in environments where manual operations are used, including workstations, call centers and work fulfillment centers.

LAS M1K Series

These LED strobe lights use super bright LEDs which can be seen from a great distance.  It can be used indoors or outdoors for applications such as forklifts, AGV’s (automated guided vehicles), and maintenance or emergency vehicles.  It has 10 built in flash patterns, including steady, which can be synchronized.

NE Series

The NE indicating light, introduced last year, is now rated IP66 and IP67.  This makes it dust proof, resistant to water jets, and momentarily immersible.  This means it now can be used in wash down applications, including pharmaceutical, food processing and milling environments.  It is visible at great distances due to its bright LED lights.  It is available in amber, red, green, blue and white.

Network Capable Signaling Devices

Patlite also offers many network cable products, including the new PHU, which is conncected to a PC using a USB cable, and the NHE and NHM units can be connected to an Ethernet network.  Also the PHE and PHC can be can be connected to a PC via RS-232 C connection (or USB with converter).

Remember, Patlite’s LED lights only consume 1/8 the power of an incandescent bulb used in standard light towers, thus saving you money.
